What to Expect
We’re thrilled to open registration for our annual Summer Yoga Workshop – a multi-day immersive experience designed to help you deepen your practice, reconnect with your breath, and move with greater purpose. Over the course of the workshop, you’ll participate in a thoughtfully curated blend of yoga flows, restorative sessions, guided meditation, breathwork, and reflective discussion circles. Each day offers a balance of movement and stillness, with space to explore not only physical alignment but also the inner landscape of awareness.
Who It’s For
This workshop is open to all levels – whether you’re just beginning your yoga journey or have years of practice behind you. The sessions are intentionally designed to meet you where you are, offering variations, modifications, and moments of inquiry. Our instructors bring warmth, experience, and a deep respect for your unique process.
